The location is excellent—major attractions such as Topkapi Palace and Hagia Sophia are just steps away. This made sightseeing very efficient and convenient. The location is absolutely amazing, it's basically right behind the Hagia Sophia, the walk takes about 3-5 mins. It's beautiful to be able to just hangout around the two iconic mosques at any given time especially with low crowds at certain times. The concierge, Ali, was extremely friendly, helpful and you can ask him for any guidance.

Stay was safe and comfortable. The staff hospitality was excellent, taking extra efforts to ensure all are needs were taken care. Hotel is at prime location, with less than 5 min walk to hagia Sofia and many eateries around. Rooms were clean and spacious. Arrived past midnight and they were able to arrange an airport transfer to the hotel to take the hassle put of arriving at that hour. 24/7 front desk who is always willing to help you and make a plan for the day. The boys at the front desk were very friendly and provided restaurant recommendations as well as recommendations for things to do in Istanbul. They upgraded our room to the family suite which was awesome. Room was very spacious, clean, and quiet. Location was perfect as it was within walking distance to the Hagia Sophia and so many attractions as well as the tram. Really enjoyed our stay here and recommend the property!
