Rude, talk over you, call you a liar and smile.
Jacuzzi room jacuzzi jets have brown thick condensation that builds around it as your letting the jets run after the tub is filled after about 5-7 minutes with bubble bath in I notice this thick brown residue around the tub and on top of the bubbles that accumulated while the jets were on. So I went ahead and cleaned the tub out and let the jets run and good 30 minutes the residue grew thicker the longer the jets ran. We tried using the phone in the room it did not work no dial tone even after we plugged the phone in. We then called via cell and no answer. It was after 8pm on 11/27/24 before thanksgiving and I understood that which is why I cleaned it again after we couldn’t reach anyone. We went to the lobby where we were not greeted even after ringing the bell they have for service. I knew it was going to go downhill from here. After waking the next day we went to the lobby a younger new face employee was helping others check in so after we spoke with him told him the problem he phones someone and comes into the room turns the knob while the tub still had the dirty water in it! And says it’s fine I said I’ll empty the tub to show him they said no need they would do it they never did and moved me into another jacuzzi that did not even turn on. The younger guy said to come Monday for refund we get there greeted with silence I spoke and said my name and what I was there for he said let him see the videos and upon seeing it says we are liars scammers and the video was fake!
