40 minutes to check-in. 30 minutes to check-out while we had an early flight to catch. Total confusion about what time the restaurant opened (12:30 for lunch, 17:30 for dinner, in case you’re wondering), which is inconvenient for an airport hotel. Security confiscated a knife that took 20 minutes to locate and return at 4 am in the morning when no other guest else was around. They then delivered someone else’s security item to us. Gal at the check-out counter never smiled and turned and left after we paid our bill. Miserable staff (check-in, check-out, & restaurant) except for our porter. Needed to sew on a button and took 3 hours and 2 requests to get a response that they didn’t have a sewing kit. Five hours later someone miraculously showed up at our door with, you guessed it, a sewing kit. If you want a 3-star experience, book here. For 4 or 5 star experience, try elsewhere. Food was good at both restaurants.
