It’s located in front of a bus station. A lot of people arriving and leaving all day long, heavy transit, don’t have parking lot, parking was very limited on the heavy transited avenue. The room didn’t have amenities like a fridge, coffee maker, desk/table, and the closet was just a small rod and a shelf on the wall. The bathroom was in a wedge shape, very narrow and the shower didn’t have a door so the whole bathroom flooded after taking a shower. Lack of noise insulation. Some guests arrived after midnight and it wasn’t possible to sleep due to the noise. At the restaurant, the utensils and china were old, their personal wasn’t very friendly especially after knowing that my reservation included breakfast. I tried to checkout before my reservation ended but the hotel doesn’t reimburse the money charged during the reservation. In general, it wasn’t what I was expecting from the pictures I saw online.

So this property at first glance in person was definitely not what I expected based off the pictures that I saw on Expedia but since I had already paid and booked, I thought I would give it a go since it was across the street directly from the bus station in a fairly busy area The first thing was the parking, which is not exactly attached to the hotel. It is around the corner on a one-way street and not marked or indicated as parking for that specific hotel. Secondly, upon entering the home and the property it is more like a hostel than a hotel, even though you do have your own private wash area and bathroom , but it is literally just the beds and a bathroom and a small cubby to fit your items. There were no blankets on the bed only a sheet and two pillows. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. There was mold all around the shower and the sink they only provide you with one small 8 ounce bottle of water , there were two people in my party while they did have a TV that is all they really had. This is the most basic room and it is just that just a room now the issue really came when I was sleeping myself and my partner we had just come off of a long days travel, and a man entered our room in the middle of the night while we were sleeping , I think we startled him just as much as he startled us, and he backed up out of the room and left, however as a solo traveling women but we were very much so scared, and felt unsafe at that point and began together our things to leave

The washroom was very small. There was no door for the shower so water got out everywhere.

Arriving at the hotel was easy access. It is on a super busy street but you are not affected by the noise unless your room is close by the road. Initially entering the property I took a picture of the inside to compare to online photos because they were clearly different which I under professional photos to enhance aesthetics. Hallways on the main floor were primarily dark only lights on in the evening. My room was nice and very comfortable. The bathroom toilet was too close to the shower. I had to open the shower glass to sit comfortably on the toilet. Yes, I took a picture to show how tight it was. Staff was great we used Google translate to communicate. On sight breakfast was good as well very nice and tasty food. It’s a very walkable area with plenty of things to do and local food vendors, pharmacy next door… Do not use the taxis they were charging $450 pesos for a rode to the airport. Uber and Uber X were way cheaper. I would stay here again.

This is a relatively new budget hotel that serves the purpose. Bed is on the hard side but there is a large flat screen TV with many options.

The hotel was thoroughly clean, and the staff was helpful and friendly. However, from my room (103), the walls were so thin I could hear voices and whatever media was playing in the lobby.

My husband and I spent 3 nights at this property. We ultimately chose it because it seemed decent and was right across the street from the bus station and we had a bus to catch at the end of our stay. Upon our arrival, we had an issue with the smell of the room we were given and the front desk had no problem changing the room. However, the second room we were given was not much better. We booked the deluxe room and the pictures shown online did not match what we were seeing in person. The bathroom was literally the size of a Port-o-potty and it was nearly impossible to get into the shower with the way the door opened inward. We brought this to the attention of the front desk and they told us all of the deluxe rooms with single beds were like this and we’d have to book a room with double beds if we wanted a bigger bathroom. No option was given to upgrade the room without completely rebooking. Again this was not what was shown online and if we had known, we would not have booked this room at all. Overall, the room was clean and the hotel is in a good location but we really couldn’t enjoy our stay because of how terribly small and poorly constructed the bathroom was.
