This was our first family trip to an all inclusive resort an overall it was a wonderful experience! The resort was huge with lots of dining options. We were very happy with the Japanese Tapanyaki restaurant, the sushi restaurant and both Italian restaurants. We were extremely disappointed with El Gaucho. We were really looking forwad to dining there, and paid extra for the "premium" steaks. What we received was sub par at best and they could not cook them as requested, even after sending the steaks back. If you are a steak lover wait until you get home. The Mexican restaurant was also disappointing. We were all big fans of the coffee shop and always seemed to find ourselves there every morning. Overall, the staff was incredible. A special thank you to Ishmael at the pool bar, who always went above and beyond! We were very happy with our rooms., spacious and well laid out. The toilet could have used some servicing, buy it flushed so all good. One thing to note is don't bother paying for premium wifi it's a money grab as it's just as bad as the regular wifi. I ended up paying my provider a couple hundred dollars extra for roaming so i could keep up on my work emails. The beach was a highlight, beautiful white sand, clean, very little seaweed and lots of loungers to choose from. We never had an issue finding loungers in the pool area either. If you want to have a really fun experience, I recommend renting one of the cabanas at the pool.
