Hotel did not reflect the actual stars given on the website. I did not receive the VIP benefits for both rooms. Didn’t receive my request for the rooms I asked for. Lobby staff were very welcoming and good. Hotel is very clean! Good location and very safe. Restaurant staff were decent but during this the breakfast below average with a bit of an attitude. Gym was below par. For the price of the hotel I guess it would be fitting for the review I gave. All in all, not bad at all for the price once again. Most importantly safe and clean, I must say. Housekeeping is very good.

Great staff
The hotel was excellent as I had to move last minute due to a bad experience at another hotel. Everything you’d expect of a 4/5 star with helpful and attentive staff. My only concern would be the smoking - unfortunately smoke from other parts spread into other non smoking areas. That aside - everything was great.

Exactly what you expect from a 5 Star hotel. It is located in a great location with wonderful and helpful staff with no language barriers, all amenities you need, the best view, great restaurants at the property and surroundings, and the room although somewhat small but it was accommodating.
