I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the room condition did not meet the expectations for a 5-star establishment. The housekeeping staff removed our tea cups, shower gown, and slippers, but these were not replaced during our stay.
Additionally, I found the pricing of the spa services and massages to be quite high, especially when compared to similar services in Europe.
The room also had a noticeable damp odor, which required us to open the window. However, as the window faced the lobby, there was limited access to fresh air, making it difficult to improve the room’s ventilation. I would recommend checking and possibly replacing the air conditioning filters to address this issue.
I appreciate your attention to these matters and hope this feedback helps enhance the guest experience in the future.
