The top floor suite was beautiful clean and accommodating. The nicest room in Yakima for sure. Indoor pool was warm and out 5yr old granddaughter had a blast swimming. Breakfast was delicious and filling. Excellent staff as we’ll.

Really enjoy the property.
This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. It’s in a great location and very comfortable. I will stay here again. Free WiFi was spotty and other guests were noisy (2:30 am noises in room above us)!

We had problems with finding where to park to check in. There was someone running up and down the hallway at 10 at night. In the morning someone tried to get into our room. Thank God we had the safety latch on so they couldn't get in. Didn't announce themselves. Wasn't house keeping. Called the front desk and got a very blasé answer of "we will let housekeeping know." Checked out immediately because I didn't feel safe. The front desk was very bank faced and said they let house keeping know. No apology. No empathy. No politeness. I would love to be contacted by management to discuss this further. We will not be staying there again.

Terrible
I paid $234 for a double queen in Yakima WA and the room was old and dingy, our window faced the roof with the HVAC unit so we couldn’t keep it open because it was so loud, the shower was dirty and old, and the carpets stank. I checked the other hotels in the area and their rates were $100-$150 less per night and I’m sure the holiday inn would have been nicer and cleaner. Will never go back.
