So I had a horrible experience night 1 of 2 of my stay at this hotel. I was up late and accidently locked my key in the room. Their office was closed(closed at 9pm) and didn't respond to my call or ringing of the doorbell. To make matters worse it was like 15 degrees that night. So I had to sleep in my car. Thankfully I had a warm sleeping bag or this would have gotten a lot worse for them. The next morning when I confronted them, the owner admitted to hearing me call and ring the door bell but never bothered to get up to check out what was wrong. Lastly I was promised a full refund for the one night and then they backed out and only gave me 70%. I SUGGEST IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A MOTEL IN CASHMERE, NEVER EVER EVER STAY AT THIS MOTEL. Also the wifi was very spotty and didn't work in my room.

Modern upgrade looks great
Everyone was real friendly. They let us check in early. They were renovating the rooms, so a little constuction was taking place, but we hardly noticed. The modern upgrade looked great in our room. Wood floors instead of carpet was nice. Memory foam mattress. Everything was clean. Loved the new color scheme and decorating. We would definitely come back.

Overall a great place
The good: Room was mostly clean and as expected from the pictures. Great location being so close to Leavenworth and the weeds cafe down the street was a great breakfast spot. For the price it served all of our needs. The meh: All but one outlet in room 11 we're so loose that a charger would hardly stay plugged in. The shower was very inconsistent with water temperature. Without touching the knob and it running for a few minutes, the water would go from freezing cold to dragon's fire.

As of 14 January 2023, the exterior of the hotel is not upgraded. When we pulled in to the parking lot, I was unhappy with our lodging choice. However once we walked into the room we were thoroughly impressed. The rooms were absolutely fantastic. Great Tv with access to streaming. The beds were comfortable and clean. To top it off, the staff was super friendly.

It was pretty okay
The location was great- it was really easy to get to and close to where we needed to go. Though we clearly had a room that hadn’t been remodeled, it was clean and had everything that we needed. The bathroom was seemingly intended for people of a shorter stature, but still got the job done. The only thing I would consider a downside is the insulation- we could hear our neighbors both nights. We would stay there again, but would make sure we had earplugs.
