Absolute worse don't stay here
They double charged me.My room was not ready at check in which is 3 pm i was there at 302 I end up cleaning the room myself. Whoever was upstairs had a kid that was running around till two o'clock in the morning keeping me up . This place is a nightmare . this is not the first time I stay there. And quite frankly very disappointing. every single time and it took three times for me to just have enough to write this review

Near to bus stop, safe neighborhood, it's in front of a cemetery, it's 50 min from Times Square using public transportation. The rooms are impeccable, clean, white sheets, nice.

We ahave stayed here many times over the years. The refrigerator was not working properly so we had to get rid of some of the leftovers we brought back to the room. When we called the front desk we were told is a cooler and not a refrigerator which didn’t make sense to us because on the webpage states is a refrigerator

Trying to check in was horrible. The front desk had us waiting and calling the third party in which we booked the hotel because according to him we were not paid in full. But after 3hrs of back and forth it was finally resolved. The front desk not knowing what they were doing forgot to do a simple procedure. This led to us being extremely tired by the time we got into the room we had to head to our function tired and mentally exhausted.

We stayed here to go to a show at Forest Hill's Stadium. The Uber rides were about 20 mins, and it was pretty convenient as far as getting to and from the hotel. There was ample parking. It wasn't anything special, but it served the purpose for what we needed.
