Our favorite Chicago Hotel
We love staying here. Staff is always friendly. The rooms are clean and the beds really comfortable. I love the big bath tub. This is our favorite place to stay in Chicago. So conveniently located. The Holiday decorations are always amazing and we love the little bar for a evening drink.

I was disappointed with my recent stay, especially compared to my experience last year, which I loved. This time, the room furniture was terribly worn, with the desk chair looking as though a dog had clawed it multiple times. There was noticeable dust around the TV and in the bathroom, and the shower door/glass hadn’t been properly cleaned. Unfortunately, this visit fell below expectations and felt well below average.

Pretty, clean, well appointed, with friendly staff and in a fantastic area. And genuinely fantastic views from the higher-floor rooms. But charging $25/day for WiFi and "free" water in the lobby without explicitly telling people about it beforehand or at check-in? That's some third-rate Florida spring break garbage.
