We had to go back to the front desk to get a king size bedroom. The front desk agent should have asked us if we were alright with 2 queens. Then all night long some picketers were using a megaphone screaming non stop. They were still there when we left in the morning. We had a very bad night sleep

room is great. strike was a bit of a let down and I could hear it all the way from my room of all hours of the day, plus airplanes woke me up in the am - so I had to request for ear plugs. some places weren't open within hotel and I assume it's due to the strike. spa wellness classes were complimentary and awesome.

Skip this hotel - better options. Blackout blinds?
Hotel was fine but after staying in Vegas for the last 20 years, there are some definite misses. Our room was clean and comfortable but 2 major issues: 1) No blackout blinds! Every Vegas hotel I've stayed at has had the blackout blinds figured out and for some reason no matter what we did, tons of light still slipped in. Made sleeping in much harder. 2) Weird noises - building/window settling - Basically, we hear creaks and cracks throughout the morning and we had no idea why. It was by the main windows but was loud enough to wake us up multiple times. It sounded like wind was messing with the window seal or something? Overall, better hotels are available. There also is a workers strike there right now and its a weird vibe. I'd skip this one. They need to up their game to compete.

Disappointed with Bellman and Valet parkers
The valet people and bellmen said they were only allowed to help with luggage and did not help with our other belongings like bags and boxes. We have never had that treatment from other hotels at all in any place around the US or abroad.

Mostly Good
This was a mostly good experience.We were upgraded to a room in the Ruby Tower that helped with easier access to the parking garage which was critical while traveling with two dogs. Pros: Centrally located but limited walkability. Excellent, spacious room with a good view. Easy and free parking. Dogs of any size are very welcome; the pet fee is reasonable. Good staff members. Cons: They were playing incredibly loud music to drown out the voices of their striking workers. This was awfully unpleasant and caused my dogs as well as me anxiety. The music was particularly bad in the pet relief and parking areas. The resort fee should vary by season (e.g., pool availability) and should be less for just a night's stay.

Not as pleasant as previous stays
This was my fourth time staying here and always love this place. My most recent trip for the nfr was my worst experience. First off, a large strike with going on outside the hotel with various employees. Whenever you would go outside, you were greeted with yelling and when trying to walk across the street to go to the CVS, I was harassed by the employees that were striking and it was pretty horrible experience. Also, due to the strike, there were many restaurants that were closed or had funky hours making the trip and finding food at times challenging. We also had a horrible experience at two separate concerts regarding security. First experience, they would not offer ADA accommodation and the security lady was absolutely horrible to us regarding this. We ended up purchasing a vip table so we could be accommodate but continued to have issues with people stealing tables in front of us that did not pay and blocking our view. Second experience at another concert is a long story but was very disappointed with the outcome. Went to the spa for the first time and had a wonderful experience. Facilities are wonderful. It was very well thought out, clean and staff were amazing! I have never had a bad experience here before all of this and I really do love this hotel and hope that they will resolve the issues.
