Bad First Experience
The rooms all smell like smoke, heavy smoke. Going outside is so relieving to get fresh air. I thought that by having a higher floor would help with the issue but bit at all. We asked for daily room service none of which was done. We had to get our key cards reprogrammed every time we would get on the elevator because they would simply not work. This o course was terrible if it happened during check in hours because we had to stay in line for about 20-30 min. There was no one else to help.

Best quick trip!
Excellent stay! So glad I did the upgrade. I had the best view. And the tub was fantastic. Enjoyed Yolos and it was close to so many other restaurants and shops.

Clean room, great location. Elevator key only worked half the time leading to some frustration for myself and several other guests who I saw struggling with it.

Room was dirty when we checked in and entered it. Called 5 times asking housekeeping to come clean it and they said they would as soon as possible and no one ever showed up. Asked tk be switched rooms and said there were none available.

Housekeeping was very random and only came once during a 4 night stay. They would show up at 9 pm some nights to offer to clean the room after we had already been out of the room all day. We even called down to request service to the room on a couple occasions only to have towels dropped off inside the room without trash or old towels removed. Not the typical experience of a high class/resort style feel you get in most other Vegas Strip hotels.
