Very pretty, older but impecibly well upkept property. Food at restaurant that features local vendors was fantastic. All of the staff was outgoing and friendly. Only good things to say about this stay!

Besides the first night where we arrived at 5pm and didn’t get into our room until nearly 830pm, the rest of our time there was great. The staff was wonderful and the property is beyond gorgeous! We would definitely stay again.

room looks clean and large, but cockroaches moving in room!!!! i called front desk, and one came to catch cockroaches, but i still dare not turn off lights and i didn’t sleep well, the most important, next day i went another hotel, i scared of they had cockroaches too, i can’t sleep well either.

Beautiful location in Kona. Had an ocean view with a large deck which was amazing. A lot of history walking the property and they had daily activities. Love the open design . Will stay here again when in Kona.
