The hallways were not air conditioned plus our air conditioner was working one night we woke up at 5am sooo humid couldnt sleep..they told me when i asked that i didnt need wifi password that it would just connect i had frustrating internet issues complained upon checkiut and yhey then told me with iphone i needed the password…communication terrible…room had small bugs by the fridge and bath tub…tv placed in a poor pisition to watch and couldnt move it…very hard to find free water …breakfast was very good a lot of food…overall wasnt the happiest but they did refund one night after complaint but still would never stay there again…

Hôtel bien situé à Copacabana
Nous avons passé un beau séjour à cet hôtel. Il est idéalement situé, central et juste en face de la plage de Copacabana. Il y a 2 épiceries à proximité de l'hôtel et de nombreux restaurants également. La piscine sur le toit donne une vue magnifique sur la plage. Le déjeuner était excellent et j'ai beaucoup apprécié aussi que l'on puisse se faire faire une omelette ou une crêpe par le cuisinier. Notre chambre aurait mérité quelques rénovations, car il y avait des bris apparents (plancher brisé sous la porte coulissante de la salle de bain, seulement une table de chevet, porte-patio qui ne barre plus, matelas à changer). Tout le personnel a été très gentil, à l'écoute et aidant lors de notre séjour.

The breakfast was delicious, especially the oatmeal. The location is great, with many dining options, and close to the beach. The staff made our first time in Rio, an awesome experience—such an amazing, friendly, helpful team. Thanks so much to Mancela/Marcela. (I hope I got it right). We had an issue with our room, I alerted the front desk, did she switched us to another room. She saw us the next day and asked if we were comfortable and happy with the new room.
