Friendly staff, easy check in Bar service very slow ,seemes to be a few members of staff serving and when asked for a drink or food they have to go ask someone else because they dont understand english , So not an ideal job to be serving Rooms ok tea coffee provided Bathroom a bit of a disaster It had a walk in shower which i requested, but when we used it it just flooded the whole bathroom i mentioned on checkout and lady said she dident know ,but i think its an ongoing proplem as theres waterstaines all across the door trim , never got much sleep on ourlast night as think the nightclub was open or the late bar ,and the music and everyone out smoking outside shouting , kept us awake , I know its a city centre hotel ,so what can you do ,

Great stay!
Lovely hotel, lovely staff and great location. Close to all shops and free parking was a bonus. Partner is from kilkenny so this was a birthday treat to come back and spend time with family he hadnt seen for years, he loved every minute and loved that the hotel was one of a few that we found served irish stew!
