Misrepresentation
The customer service was nonexistent. The woman who came to the window mumbled, asked me why I was there. The guy who followed her was no more hospitable. Where you have the pictures of the location with the paved parking lot, was a misrepresentation of the gravel, broken concrete that was there as my Uber pulled into the lot. The area was inundated with prostitutes and their pimps and drug dealers. The place was disgusting and outer appearance. I made an attempt to cancel, but was unable to do so. Checking was at 2 PM. We arrived at the location a bit after 3 PM determining it was not suitable. I booked a room with red roof. Having to incur additional cost. It making me reconsider using Hotel.com as for my future travel accommodations

I was told check in would be at 2 PM, I got there at 3 and was told to continue waiting. There’s no where to sit inside, and it was 90 degrees outside. We continue to wait while being pestered by a wasp for 20 minutes. We were told to wait 10. Then when we finally get the card for the room, we walk in and it’s dirty. A used lottery ticket was partially tucked under the bed. Floor is disgusting. Bed was seriously stained and had holes from burnt cigarettes all over the blanket. The shower had writing all over it and debris in the bottom of the tub. There was no remote for the tv, sockets in the wall were exposed and dangerous and right by the bed. They lied about free ice, they didn’t provide the password for the WiFi and they didn’t care to be respectful. They slammed my door 20 minutes before check out while I was working on getting my shoes on to leave and proceeded to wait outside the door after I told them I’d be out in just a few minutes and just needed to finish getting ready. It was in a very unsafe neighborhood and it was honestly the worst experience of my life.

Run don't walk away from this place
I guess for the price you get what you paid for. The interior and exterior was in horrible shape. The rooms smelled of stale cigarette smoke, the floors are very weak and unsafe to walk on.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It’s in a terrible part of town that feels completely unsafe. The “office” is just the owner sitting behind bullet-proof barred glass, with no speaker so you can’t hear anything he says. I had made a booking, gave him my ID through a drawer, and it took him at least ten minutes to find it while I just stood there in silence waiting for him to do something. No attempt whatsoever at customer service. When I finally got my room key and entered the room, it was somehow even worse than I had expected. Reeked of smoke, mold and water damage visible every where, holes in the comforter and sheets, paint peeling, cracks in the floor of the shower/bathtub that felt like they may give out at any moment, TV didn’t work… you get the picture. I left to go see the city and when I came back a couple hours later, my room key didn’t work. Good thing I got back before the owner decided to go to bed. When he let me back in to my room, it was clear that someone had been in there while I was gone, which I think was the owner himself as far as I could tell. There weren’t many other guests there, but the ones who were there played music on the balcony out loud in the early morning. I would give worse than one star if I could.

The place was unsafe, the managers even stayed behind secured glass and bars. You put your money and cards in a shoot out drawer. My guest went to the hospital that night because the air quality was so bad. This should be looked at by Expedia themselves!

This area to begin with is EXTREMELY unsafe and I HIGHLY recommend not staying here! 1:04am: 6 gun shots in far distance. 3:21am: Fighting with boyfriend and girlfriend who were spending the night right next to my door. The boyfriend caught the girl cheating and left her and drove away in his car. 4:28am: Girlfriend of above yelling over the phone. I’m assuming to her boyfriend. 6:02am: Car alarm of a truck going off next to my car. 6:38am: Loud car started a few rows after my car. To top it off it claims on Expedia that dogs are allowed. Don’t buy into it because they will charge you a $50 per fee! I absolutely hated my stay and I HIGHLY recommend for everyone to not stay here! The room smelled like smoke, the place was dirty, curtains barely hanging on, burnt cigarette butts in the curtain and on the blanket. Worst experience of my life at a motel. As I said DO NOT CHECK INTO THIS PLACE!!!!

Instead of hot and cold knobs, sharpie is written on wall. Tub stopper is broken. Toiletries are poor, one small soap and one small towel. Extremely Dirty walls. Just completely unprofessional.
