The bed was comfortable. The evening food and drink offerings were good and what I understood to be normal at a Drury. The breakfast appeared to be fancy in presentation, but was really pretty normal hotel breakfast food. Don’t get me wrong, it was a descent hotel hot breakfast.

Drury Hotel Phoenix
From the time we set foot on the shuttle driven by Kenny, we were shown extraordinary kindness and service. Front desk representatives were helpful and informative as well as kind. The bartenders/food providers were also very pleasant and helpful. Overall a wonderful group of people representing the Drury Hotel Phoenix wonderfully!

Friendly Staff!
Great stay! The staff was so friendly, and went out of their way to be accommodating. We were so thankful for the free drinks and buffet as we had no vehicle to get to a restaurant. The shuttle was on time and only a short ride to the airport.

Family Trip
Fantastic Stay and wonderful friendly staff The suite we booked was not available when we arrived, but the staff quickly made arrangements to accommodate with an equivalent option of 2 adjoining rooms. They were apologetic for the inconvenience, friendly and extremely helpful. Free dinner / Breakfast/ popcorn and drinks are a fantastic bonus. Would stay here again anytime we are in PHX
