Disappointed but renovations will make it worth it
The hotel is in the middle of a renovation. Our room was pretty outdated. The toilet seat was cracked, the air vents were extremely dusty and the shower had hair left from the people before. So it was pretty disappointing. However, I did get a chance to see an updated room that my other family members were in, which was really nice. I’d probably stay again once the renovations are complete.

Good but need more amenities
It was a good experience overall. They are constructing new stuff at the hotel which was fine because they are upgrading the hotel. The room could’ve had a microwave and a bigger fridge. There is no laundry service which would help a lot.

Only things that bothered our stay: thin walls, we can hear kids crying on both walls. The shampoo and body wash bottles in the bathroom were empty!

I wasn’t aware of construction when booking and then construction occurred at all hours including at night. It was very loud and there was poor signage to get around.

Terrible experience
When we arrived, we were greeted with construction in the main lobby. The hammering and saw noises woke up our two-year-old, who was in the middle of the nap. The second night that we were there, our entire floor smelled like marijuana when then seeped into our room, which was at the end of the hallway. We called down and nothing was done about it. I spoke with the front desk the next morning. A $30 credit was offered however when I checked out, the credit was taken away. This was our second horrible stay at a Hilton property this year.

Wouldnt recommend for a family disney vaca
All of the pictures are an absolute lie about this property. None of the pictures of this property are accurate with the room we had received. Go to leave the last day and had a leak from the floor above all night onto our personal belongings and they refused to do anything about it. Lounge says it closes at 12 and the doors were already shut at 1130. Absolutely nothing to do here for the kids like it mentions in the description.

Disney Christmas Trip
Over priced parking @ $50/day. Lobby/food court under construction, only over priced hotel restaurant available. No shuttle to Disneyland, need to download app and pay for city shuttle which comes every 30 minutes. Room had a giant patched up water leak hole in the ceiling with patches falling off. Housekeepers were awesome. Quick/friendly response to requests.

Bad experience, did not expect this from Hilton
Not value for money. We booked it based on some reviews, it's closer to Disneyland and Hilton's reputation but did not find it worth the money and its reputation. There is additional charge for everything you can imagine like parking, breakfast, water, gym, pool and even wifi, "yes" even wifi. The wifi name and password given at the time of check-in did not work, had to ask an employee who generously gave some coupon code to use that worked so sincere thanks to him. We were using the room only night time as we were there in Disneyland most of the day times. At the time of checkout when we took out the duets/blankets from the side of the bed where they were tucked into bed, we were shocked to see that we even did not get fresh sheets whwn we got thw room.

Disney Trip
Not what we expected based on the pictures provided on the website , we feel like we got room-fished (catfished). When I booked the hotel or even before booking, it didn’t advertise that you have to pay for self parking there. That was a huge surprise. Because why are you charging your guest to park in the garage if they booked with you ? This needs to be known prior to booking. Room was clean, no trash bags, bathroom didn’t look like the pictures . I feel like the pictures from the website are outdated. I didn’t take pictures because it didn’t stand out from what I was expecting when other pictures were shown of how the room would look like. And we didn’t have a microwave.

Disney stay
