Hilton quality
Nice place to stay away from hustle and noise of French Quarter. Clean and quiet room with nice amenities. Will stay here next time I'm NOLA.

Not worth the high price!!
Check in was easy. Couldn't sleep good. Other guests slamming doors and running down the halls making a lot of noise all hours of the night. All the extra fees are ridiculous. $155 for the room then an additional $90 upon checkout plus $25 for i dont know what. Alot of money for 1 unrestfull night is not worth the money charge and unexpected charges. I will never stay in a hilton again and will be leaving a bad review online.

Overall my stay at this Hilton was good. My only complaint would be for safety when it comes to the elevators. They would close literally close on my body if I didn't walk quickly. Great access to the Riverwalk shopping, minutes away from Canal.

Wish we would have been given fresh towels
The first day we had our privacy hanger on the door and enjoyed being in the room while my daughter was there for a choir concert rehearsal the second day we were out and about and not in our room and remove the privacy hanger, and I guess we were hopeful that we would actual have our room clean without asking and fresh towels however, after being gone all day, I was a little bit disappointed in the fact that we were not delivered fresh towels, even though the privacy hanger was not intact on the door at all as we were removed it the night before

Short stay in New Orleans
The stay was nice. Very clean, Room service was good. I feel some areas could use a bit of updating. Also, there definitely was not enough places for morning coffee without waiting in a very long line.
