Anniversary trip
Amazing stay, this is our second time staying at this location and it has been just as last time. Staff is always so kind and helpful, no hidden fees or frustrating check in process. On site parking makes it so much easier to access the location especially on a multiple day trip, as well as provides some reassuring security for your vehicles. We will definitely be coming back soon and if you are looking for somewhere to stay in San Jose, look here.

Great hotel in the heart of town. Walking distance to SAP, market street, and city attractions. Spacious rooms with nice views of San Jose. We made a return stay to round out our trip, and plan to return next year!

Hotel is nice and staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and bathroom is fine. The only negative, and it was a BIG one, is that the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Hard mattress with worn out pillows, terrible night sleep.
