Convenient December Stay
This property was convenient to the entertainment venues we planned to do while visiting Chicago. We were able to walk to most of our events. We needed a room for three and the pullout couch was a disappointment. Since we wanted breakfast included we specifically chose this property. But during the week breakfast options were extremely limited. Hopefully there are more options for weekenders.

Heat didn’t work so the room was freezing, toiletries in the shower were all empty or nearly empty, breakfast was poor quality and not kept up on. Overall not a good stay, have had far better luck with home 2 suites in other cities. Chicago is not a good one.

Perfect choice for a Chicago weekend
Stayed in a suite with family members. The bell captain was friendly and helpful. Hotel check in and desk is on the second floor, along with lounge and breakfast area. One thing that wasn’t perfect is that in the evenings, large groups would kind of take over the lounge area and porch area and it wasn’t welcoming during those times. Aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and nicely furnished and welcoming. We stayed three nights on the 17th floor. Great views! Would definitely recommend.
