Wedding at Chicago Winery
Very difficult to get elevator from 17th floor. One elevator of two was out of service. Took us 15 minutes to get to 2nd floor breakfast, which was 10 min. to closing when we finally arrived. I called desk from 17 lobby to advise many people stuck waiting, suggested they hold breakfast a few minutes later. There was no coffee at 10 AM, a few small egg omelets, and those left were dry and cold. No fruit left.

Very comfortable hotel with nice self service breakfast. I was attracted to stay here for the Peloton bike, but the seat post was stripped, so the seat was way to low to ride. I would go back if it were fixed for sure!

A Cozy Getaway
I recently stayed at the Hilton2Suites River North and had a pleasant experience overall. The location was fantastic—right in the heart of the city with easy access to restaurants and attractions. The rooms were spacious, modern, and comfortable, and the staff was welcoming and accommodating. However, I was disappointed with the housekeeping policy. Housekeeping only cleaned the room every three days, which I found inconvenient. I would have preferred daily cleaning or at least the option for more frequent service during my stay. Aside from that, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning if the housekeeping policy is adjusted.
