"We have stayed at Crieff Hydro several times over the years. We came back on this occasion to see the new renovations.
Very disappointed with our room. Despite being told at check in the hotel was quiet we were allocated a ground floor room, overlooked by a car park and exit to the hotel. Not very private.
That evening there was function directly below our room and the disco was unfortunately quire loud. On top if this our room had an interconnecting door, although locked we had to listen to...

We went back to the hotel for our wedding anniversary and there was a nice card and chocolates for us in the room which was a lovely, personalised touch.
The bar didn’t have any of the beer pumps on and we had to pay extra to use the spa facilities which we didn’t have to do previously.
