Quite and not mass tourist place, close to the Isle of Skye. Our favourite place near by was Plockton, with a few good places to eat and to contemplate the shore.

The area was stunning, we were not prepared for the influx of other tourists making day trips very stressful.

Kyle is a great spot to visit as plenty of great places within driving distance.
"Andy and Dennis were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure that we had everything that we needed for an enjoyable stay. They shared local information to help us plan our days and get the most out of our visit to this area of Scotland. We loved the large comfortable lounges and the spacious feel to the dining room. It has a peaceful relaxing atmosphere that makes it a pleasure to stay here."
"Exactly what we needed. Booked at the last minute and arrived after the designated time, but staff was amazingly accomodating--could not have been more pleased. "
"Our room was lovely with a beautiful view over the loch and the Isle of Skye. In spite of being in the middle of a major refurbishment the staff were extremely corteous and helpful and made every effort to ensure our stay was a good one. The room was clean and comfortable with a really good shower and we had a lovely tray of tea, coffee and biscuits waiting for us on our arrival.. We will certainly make a return visit some time in the near future."
