"The staff was nice. I won't use this site to book if we stay again. We had the squeeky bed in the diagonal room. The other rooms looked better. Book with them. Beautiful surroundings. Dinner was awesome and breakfast was great, with made to order eggs. Cooked correctly. (That's hard to find) No fan I guess and so that means open windows. Summer can get hot!"

Plenty of space, the bathroom was huge and, best of all, the view of the Grossglockner and the church in Heilingenblut from our balcony The town is a 5 minute walk to all the restaurants. "We stayed overnight at the hotel whilst waiting for guests to vacate our apartment. The hotel was self check in, a folder with name and room number was left at reception. The room was clean and had coffee/tea facilities. It also had a seating area with a tv mounted on a wall bracket but not very well so if you were sitting on the sofa or sitting on the bed the tv would swing around but not enough to get a good view!
The bathroom radiator didn’t work so an electric fire was in the bathroom!...
