The suite is presented as two rooms, but both beds are in the same room, which was a problem for us since we are a couple with a teenage child, and we need two separate rooms. Also, the kitchen was a problem. The microwave was broken, the tea kettle was dirty. Most of all, the staff at the hotel was terrible....

"The pictures of Hotel front are misleading! We thought we were booking a hotel right on the lake, instead the hotel was by a main road - 10 mins walk from a swimming spot at the lake. So, we were a bit disappointed. The man at reception explained that its a mistake made by Hotels.com and not their hotel. They do indeed have a hotel on the lake, but only with suites, at 100Euro extra.
Apart from this, the hotel was a good experience, with clean pool, brilliant

"Stefanie and Harry are truly excellent hosts and made us very welcome. They also went the extra mile to provide us with a vegan breakfast we had requested - lots of extra options, and the we appreciated the thoughtfulness that went into this. The hotel is beautifully clean, breakfasts are fantastic, the rooms spacious. The hotel is quiet and in a superb location for a whole host of activities. I can't recommend this hotel enough (especially if you're vegan!)"

"We spent 2 weeks in Europe and this was our favourite stay! Authentic Austrian feel, GREAT staff and delightful check in. Town was great with lots of shopping and dining and kids loved having access to the pool facilities down the street. Would definitely stay here again! "

"The only good thing is if you go with family and try to stay in all the time then it is cool . They give you only specific table to sit town you have no right to choose and surprisingly got charged for service fee which they didn’t even clean my room"
