"What an amazing stay! The room was huge, as was the bathroom with a huge tub and a separate shower. The beds were so comfortable and the decor was professionally done! Lots of free parking on-site, elevator, small refrigerator and plenty of hot water.All in all, it was a great stay!"

"Great hotel, nice welcome and comfortable rooms. Located right within the city walls. Parking is expensive in the city though, but this isn't the hotels fault.

"Keeping in mind that this is a small family run hotel in the Avila old town I am giving it my highest rating. This is not an international style 5 star, so don’t expect that. First the staff, some of which I presume are the owners, (José, Ricardo, Diego, Victor and one whose name I missed) were extremely helpful and friendly. It is clean, comfortable and quiet. The location is excellent, next to the Avila cathedral in the center of the old town. Everything is walking distance.

"It’s a very affordable and attractive option if your in Ávila close to the city walls we are here in October and it’s quite cold 43 degrees outside there are restaurants and cafes within walking distance this hostel is perfect for a couple and a family holiday the owners sister was very kind to us and helped sort out the heating system for us "

"Fabulous Parador in the mountains. Upgrade to a Mountain View room if you can. Staff friendly and helpful, excellent restaurant serving the best octopus I’ve ever had. Rooms aren’t huge but are well equipped.Parador easy to find and roads are good. Can’t wait to come back!"

"We had a warm welcome from the owner, and the apartment we stayed in was a good size, with a separate bedroom and living/kitchen area. The apartment is above a garage (separate to the rest of the hostel) and below the owners living area.
The kitchen was mostly well equipped, with a microwave, oven, hob, filter coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine, plenty of crockery and pans. However, there is no kettle (we used a pan to boil water on the hob) and it was woefully short on cutlery,...
