"Plus: truly beautiful resort, fantastic beach spot with access to corails, safe, friendly and dedicated staff, many swimming pools well maintained, very fair conditions overall and excellent value.
Minus: way too much soliciting on beach (every 5min a salesperson come to you to sell something out of your all-inclusive package (they are the friendliest but do not understand they ruin our stay by harassing us).
Some residents really lack manners and respect, can blatantly skip lines or listen...

We had a superior room, and it was spacious and very clean! The cleaner cleaned everything, like shower, floor & bed every day. We had a great service in that aspect. 😄 it’s made a great impact for Egypt standards.
Although there is a huge buffet Food is average. The restaurant a la carte aren’t worth it.

Disliked: Cleanliness specifically in restaurant. Food quality was much less than expected. Children were allowed many times in adults only areas."

which was great for December holiday. Easy access to the private beach. Service was so friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Executive suite which was very spacious and on ground floor so direct access to the beach. Only critisicm would be that the room especially living area is a bit dark so would recommend the hotel adds brighter side lights. Other than that everything was perfect! "
