Incredible vacation We had an amazing vacation. This is a great resort with great service and amazing people! We relaxed in a beautiful suite. We swam in beautiful pools. We laughed and played with our kids. We are definitely planning to return! Beautiful grounds and all around a great resort. Service was very friendly and fun. Food was super super amazing, the best at the resort, but on top of that our server, Hassan, made the experience 10x better. We will never forget chef Bahaa & Mr. Boules for there great services, they took our vacation to a higher level. Special thanks for Mr. Omr in the front desk, he made everything super easy for us since we entered the resort, and Mr. Mahmoud from financial for his great customer serves. The resort is good for kids, has it's own beach and activities for kids and parents. the staff at the hotel is not focused on serving the guest, they're more interested in where a particular guest it from rather than doing what's asked of them. Any interaction with the staff or a quick request will result in having to wait for a long time (for something that should be done in minutes will be delayed due to the constant irrelevant questioning from the hotel staff). I spoke to the manager about this an all he did was offer an upgrade, however they do need to train their staff to focus on fufilling the request of the guest rather than question the guest about where they're from, what they do (unnecessary small talk that, all guests are trying to get away from in an resort; we're trying to relax not get interrogated) if i wanted people to question me about my life, i'd show up to a family thanksgiving dinner.
