looked nice but we didn’t use issues/dislikes we faced: Room is quite dated Room smelt of damp and sometimes gutter. Iron broken. Safe which we initially thought was broken had a piece missing which you have to pay for (£2 a day) to use the safe. In the four days we were there no one came to clean change towels or colllect rubbish. When mentioned to receptionist she said...

"Absolutely beautiful hotel! Food was great, pools were stunning and staff were lovely. The most peaceful and relaxing hotel I have stayed in. Definitely want to return here!! Parking at hotel is free so highly recommend a car to travel around. We did this and it was definitely worth it as there are beautiful places to see on the island and great restaurants. FANTASTIC!"

"The place is nice but they have a perfume concentrate installed in the ac that was horrible, the perfume smell was so bad we had to turn off ac and open all doors and windows, I’ve understood that they will change to a milder smell but I don’t get why you ever want perfumed apartments. "We chose the hotel because of the waterpark and that was really fun. The rooms were quite small for us as a family, but maybe we should have taken a bungalow. The rooms were though quite expensive for its low comfort. Food etc was ok. The hotel shows were great and the animations for adults (sport games) were so much fun too. We laughed so much..Mario, Francesco, Valerie etc were just awesome people. The hotel is not attached to any beach, which we usually like..but there was a waterpark....

Negatives: Service (not enough staff, staff that are there work extremely long hours and appear exhausted, reception staff are a mixed bag - some helpful, some extremely rude and beyond unhelpful), Food (2 out of 10, very limited option), Food Signage (no signs and chefs frequently...

"The good: The hotel is really nice looking and the bed was comfortable and big. The staff was friendly and polite. The view is amazing from the rooms that you can have a sea view. The bad: No water during check-in, not enough towels. The shower had no air ventilation whatsoever and water was always coming out of the shower to the floor which made it really annoying. Nothing to wash the dishes-the cleaning staff also left kitchen dirty 1 time. Ok: Location is ok regarding what you like to do...

"Beautiful hotel quiet & set back in the countryside. Heavenly

surrounded by olive trees. Charming courtyard where can have breakfast or evening meals. Great couples break. Recommend car hire Autos Menorca. Our flight v delayed & they stayed open until midnight to greet us. Likewise hotel helped liaise with car hire & hotel reception open 24 hrs. Always very helpful. "
