We was aware of this when booking as has stayed previously but for some this could be a problem. "What can i say Elegance will always be a special place for us! We spent our 25th anniversary there. We arrived earlier than planned,so called the hotel,hoping to be allowed to use the pool area. Arriving at the hotel,we received the warmest of welcomes ever & was told not only could we use the pool but our room was ready & been upgraded to a beautiful private suite! The room was outstanding. The cleaner had decorated the room for us with balloons & confetti & had its own private infinity pool!!...

"The atmosphere around the pool and the distance from the strip were the only good things about this location. Our bedding had mould on, and my friends tshirt also grew mould on there after one night of being on the floor. There were ants crawling literally everywhere, and the hotel was ridden with mosquitos- we have pictjre proof.The amount of bites we all had was unbearable and the salt water shower did not help whatsoever- I wish we knew this before we booked.
