Vancouver waterfront is very nice but gets busy, you need to book in advance to eat. Parking is difficult, there is a multi story but is is expensive and it took 30 mins to get out from the 5th floor but you only get 10 mins to exit after paying.

About the area around the motel - the dead-end street (94th Ave) had what appeared to be homeless people gathering along the street. Inside the property is guarded and requires a motel-issued parking pass. It is in very close proximity to the mall.
"Wonderful stay, my daughter and I stayed for the week and had everything we needed. Pool was great, clean room and hotel and staff was very friendly. "
"Loved that we could've made a simple meal if we had wanted to. The hotel was spotless and everyone very nice and courteous. We plan to stay here whenever we're in Vancouver!"
