The casino will bring a lot of business to the area. Coming from out of state, you wouldn't know the surrounding area so seeing new buildings, renovated buildings and road work seems messy, Progress is the reason.

It really was just a town we drove through on a longer journey. I will say, however, but there are many lovely older homes. Very pretty town.

We found a great breakfast place several miles from the hotel called the Stateline Diner. And there is the Danville Caesar's casino right up the street (though not walking distance from the hotel but less than a ten-minute drive.)
