Ruidoso is one of our favorite places. It seemed like the whole village was short staffed from the hotel to stores to restaurants to the Casino to Winter Park & Ski Apache. The village residents make visiting a joy as much as the landscape.

Ruidoso is absolutely beautiful. It has become my place of serenity and peace. I absolutely love coming here on my days off to decompress and let the stress drain away. It would be a place I'd love to retire to.

Don't miss getting tickets to see the Flying J Ranch dinner theatre show! Family friendly fun entertainment with a cowboy western flare. The food is excellent. We met the nicest folks at our table.

Ruidoso is a touristy town in a beautiful location at the foot of a 12,000' mountain ski area. Lots of unique little shops and great places to eat.

Ruidoso has a nice dog park and lots of fun, touristy shopping. We loved Texas Club for a nice dinner and Log Cabin for breakfast but we've eaten at lots of great places in town. So much loss due to fires and flooding. Go to Ruidoso and spend some $$

Rui is great fun and they are BACK from the flood and fires. Highly recommended for anyone who can take a little Texas with their Paradise Pines. Hope you like Classic Rock and Country...there is music playing throughout the whole downtown. Par-Tee.

Always enjoy Ruidoso, this time they had road construction thru downtown so that wasn't great but it won't last forever.

The midtown area is very commercial and expensive. I loved the outlying shops like the Chartreuse Elk and Cool Junk!
"The room was super cute -Had a fireplace -very spacious. The king size bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in -just the atmosphere outside was wonderful-had coffee on the deck watching the sun come up. It’s just cozy and cute and I can’t wait to come back in winter and ski!"
"We had a wonderful stay! The staff was polite and helpful and the breakfast was wonderful - eggs the way you want them, full breakfast buffet or both!!! We'll be back! "
"Absolutely beautiful location! Breathtaking views, away from town, secluded drive up the mountain. Very clean and easy to navigate through check in through check out. Partially furnished with kitchen/cooking supplies (pots and pans) but if planning to do a lot of it, I'd take your own supplies. Wonderful place for a weekend getaway and our favorite in Ruidoso! We will be booking there for our yearly trip."
