"Shower room was moldy, frequent cleaning is required and cleanser for mold removal is essential. Air conditioner was not cool enough ....once technician disassemble filters, they were full of dust and this affected ventilation, once they changed a set of new filters my partner and I felt a bit better ......but it was still hot in room so we ended up asking for a fan.....and thanks god we slept well with the fully function fan. Hotel room was generally good despite of above problems....the room...

"It was a comfortable stay. 3 of us stayed in a 2 queen bed room for 2 nights. It was roomy in Hong Kong standard. Hotel’s shuttle bus provides free transfer to Tsuen Wan MTR which was a great plus. If without this, I’m afraid very few people would choose this hotel as transportation would have been inconvenient. A shuttle ran every 20-30 mins, and the ride was about 15 mins. There were times some guests couldn’t get on because of running out of seats. That means the wait would be another...

"Other than the daily change of towels & garbage, my husband & I enjoyed walking through the Botanical Garden on our way to the Central MTR station every day. Even though the hotel is a bit out of the way to the MTR station, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel before check-in time once we arrived from the airport and also after our check-out time to go to the airport. A must to go swimming in the pool

"Front desk staff was really helpful. Not only they upgraded us but I forgot my phone in the taxi and they tried to help. Finally returned by the taxi driver. Close to The Peak. Free shuttle to several places downtown. Central pier at a walking distance (with good shoes). Botanical and zoo view making some green I. The steel/metal/glass panorama of HK. Last but not least, super competitive price for a hotel with a (nice) swimming pool
