The staff were all friendly and helpful The only weird thing was they had to charge for a laundry bag that I took by mistake. I have never had to pay for a laundry bag in any other hotels before. But will stay here again if I ever visit Danang again. "

Staffs very unhelpful, no welcome drink, restaurant taste bad, room are not clean as request. General Manager were careless attitude and accused me for complaining to get benefits.
