"Renee at the front desk is amazing! Helpful, accommodating and informative! She helped us out when there was a small situation with not having the room we reserved because they were so booked and she was able to reserve our room on the same floor as our family who was traveling with us. The gentleman at the front desk was also very kind and friendly but we didn’t catch his name. The staff in the restaurant, for breakfast, were also very friendly and accommodating, as well. Very sweet employees were on staff during our long weekend. The rooms were clean and stocked for our stay, the bed comfortable and had a full size couch/pull out bed. They have a shuttle that will take you anywhere within a 10 mile radius (which is a small hiccup because the airport and Mall of America are a few miles outside of that). We used the shuttle 2 different days to take us to the music festival we were there for and both gentlemen were very kind, friendly and safe drivers. The kids reported the pool was on the small side but not many are there specifically for the pool, so it’s a nice bonus to even have one and a hot tub. Despite the hotel being full, it was still quiet and our sleep was never disrupted. We stay at Double Tree Hiltons a lot when we travel and we were pleased with this one, too. Thank you again, Renee!!"
"We were in town for the Yacht Club Festival and the Hyatt was perfect for our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable; the windows were huge with a view out over the river but had excellent curtains to block out the light of the city.
We were in and out several times to visit parks and attractions around the city and it was quick and easy to text valet and retrieve our car. It was a quick, safe walk to the festival grounds. I would definitely book here again. "
"Our return flight took longer than expected due to the weather. Since it was after 9:00 PM the hotel shuttle was no longer running. However, I was pleasantly surprised the hotel setup an Uber to pick us up from the airport. Would highly recommend staying here, especially if you plan to sleep, park and fly out of MSP Airport."
