The only visual complaint was the caulking in the bathroom wasn't as profession but that didn't affect anything. Margaret and Dennis were AMAZING! We made two separate bookings after our plans changed and they accommodated us to stay in the same room. Breakfast was basic but...

I've stayed in several different hotels in a similar price point in Duluth in the past, but this one has stood out - older building but recently remodeled, you can still see some signs of wear on things like the door but fresh paint and really who cares so long as the actual furnishings are good and clean.
