Great little city, lots of history, lots to look at downtown. We walked the main street to the Mississippi River, flooding at the time (due to unusual June/July rains). The hills surrounding the area are beautiful. People were very friendly.

Sleepy little town, right in the Mississippi River. Not much to do there, but it is close to other areas with intersecting attractions.

Traveling in early April, I found very few things open. The city seems worth another visit in the summer.

"It was amazing! I don't sleep well in hotels but the bed was comfortable! Enjoyed our time spent at the Waterfront Hotel, it was located in the middle of all our activities and we could run back to the hotel at any time. We will be back! Thanks for a great time!"
"The staff was very professional and friendly. No pets allowed. Staff was very accommodating.
Appreciative of Breakfast however options were very limited,
