"Overall the property was very clean and the rooms nicely appointed. Good location to ASU and various eateries actually within walking distance. Room temp control good though rather noisy. Amenities were so-so. Bathroom soaps, etc. were Dove. Paper bathroom supplies were the worst I've experienced in a long time. Some covered hangout area would have been nice. Lumpy mattress."

They went out of their way to assist us and were genuinely kind and friendly. There may be many choices nearby but this one has my lotalty it’s also walking distance to everything in town and campus super close to airport hiking right behind hotel and box shops within 2 miles…"
