"We stayed for a night It was a last minute booking that day. We arrived around 8:00 pm. Customer service was good but the building needs work. We were able to swim for about 30 minutes. The hot tub was shut down. Our room was so warm. The lowest the temp would go is 70. No one in my room slept because it was warm. The floor was very sticky that we had to wear shoes in our room and the hallways smelled terrible with mildew. We most likely will not return. "

Plus, they have a working elevator, which was a lifesaver. I originally booked a stay at OYO Hotel Memphis TN I-40, but their elevator was out of order, and my mother, who has health issues, cannot use the stairs. That place was a nightmare.
