"We travel a LOT for softball. When we walked into the lobby, you could smell the “clean”. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, & efficient, and answered our questions with a smile. Room and bathroom had no musty, mildew smell (as many hotels do), the bathroom had way more towels & washcloths than we even needed, and the beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was more than what comparable hotels would offer, and even the elevator was clean! Gotta tell you, for a mid-range hotel, this played like a 4-star. "This hotel is our go to place while in Lynchburg. The staff is excellent meeting our needs. Breakfast was delicious as always. Douglas (sorry i think this was his name) was very helpful. He gave me a list of restaurants surrounding the hotel, was helpful with computer and printer fixes, and greeted guests so genuinely. Welcome cookies were delicious too!"
