The staff helped us find a local driver that went above and beyond (thank you again Noom). Stand out staff were May, Earth and well everyone we interacted with. I give them a 10 of 10. "We had a lovely stay here - very relaxing after downtown Chiang Mai. I had thought it would be even more remote but it is surrounded by the paddy fields and sunsets are beautiful. There is only one place to eat on the property and home cooked meals take time, but for anything else you need to take a Grab, Gorgeous swimming pool, and lovely setting"

"Everyone at FS Chiang Mai was amazing. Every single person was friendly, kind, hospitable, made effort to learn my name and greet me with a friendly conversation each time I saw them.
My only feedback would be that the promotions sheet in room didn't quite align with the spa. Spa was amazing, my therapist had magical hands, but didn't quite get the promo applied. Even so, still had an amazing experience.

"The hotel seems understaffed and in need of a lot of maintenance. The receptionist that was working when we checked in (around 7pm) seemed like the only staff on site.
On check-in, our room was missing toilet paper, tissue, soap. The slippers were dirty, but most importantly, the safe was not working. The receptionist did her absolute best to solve our issues, but she wasn't given many resources.
Also, the hotel is very close to the airport so expect to hear airplanes from around 7am-1am."

"The rooms are clean, great layout. I had a real problem with the wifi. It was so slow and then just turn off. I told them and they tried to fix it but was still not great. I had free breakfast but never went ...... not good. The pool was nice but you lost the sun around noon. There is a bar right beside the hotel that played loud music until midnight. "
