Staff is helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a lot of tasty options for everyone. We liked it so much we ended up extended our stay. If we come back to Mataram this is definitely where we will stay! "

It was very quiet with guests when we were there, seemed like more staff sitting around than customers

"Very nice hotel, nice poolarea. Good food. The beach on this side is not so good for swimming (many corals) so you need to rent a bike and go to the otherside if you like to swim in the ocean. But a really nice place to stay if you want it quiet."
