"Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. The rooms are fantastic and so is the pool. The food and service is first class: special mention for Kasuga, Velecia, Aditi and Meenashi. The area around the hotel is great for gifts and restaurants. We had an issue for a couple of days with the noise levels from a large wedding being hosted at the hotel which impacted on the public spaces. However, the hotel responded quickly and well when we raised our concerns. "

Breakfast was excellent. Restaurant staff were serving with a smile. Surroundings were peaceful and relaxing. Pool and surroundings were well maintained and clean. The staff was very attentive, courteous, and always ready to help. Colva beach is a five minute walk away. This is an excellent place to stay. Breakfast options great. The room with a view of the paddy fields (a king sized room) was fabulous. Great location on Betalbetum beach. Negatives. The pool.
