"Staff is excellent! The location is great and the views are truly amazing! The breakfast food options are great but the dinner menu has room for improvement but the vibe is five stars. The villas are definitely worth the money and the pool area was spectacular. Overall Encanto is great property!"

"The hotel is well-located, near the beach and walking distance from an upscale mall. The facilities were well maintained, spacious and attractive. The suites were also well equipped and spacious. The beach club across the street was nice.
What it lacked was easily accessible WiFi/internet. WiFi was only available in the reception area and was not reliable. It also lacked outdoor seating areas, other than the pool - no balconies, terrace or garden areas to relax."

"Overall I liked it. Close to the better beach attractions, but old fashioned in service. Needs to upgrade to more modern service, kitchen supplies (coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc.) TVs, and better pools maintenance,. Very good in price. Staff very friendly. In a scale 1 to 10, I give them a 7."

"This is a really nice place building is old but everything works Great....love the pool and the beach acces private beach only for guests
Dining opcion on site and all around....nice view of the ocean....the only thing i dindt like it was the SMAL BATHROOM...other than that everything else was grea 9/10"
