"Great Japanese style breakfast buffet with some western options. Love the balcony soaking tub! The onsen was lovely, be prepared to not be allowed if you have tattoos that cannot be covered. "

"We stayed 4 nights at the hotel. I have sent an email on the second night to ask for replacement of towel, etc but receive no reply from the hotel. And thus, no towel replacement is happened during the entire stay. Honestly speaking, we will not choose this hotel again if we return to Okinnawa."

The view was also nice and it was close enough to kokusai douri. It's also close to the port if you want to goto the Kerama islands.

"An amazing experience.! Extremely friendly staff and a lovely pool and sauna area at the rooftop. The room was elegant designed and the beds were good. All in all we really enjoyed the atmosphere and service, and we will be back. :-)"

"Nice hotel. Quiet and we'll equipped. Pools were nice. Location ok, handy for bus transport to city, shops, and airport. Not much nearby to walk to unfortunately. Be nice if the onsite convenience store was bigger with more range, as unable to walk elsewhere. Also, probably shouldn't charge children under 5/6 for breakfast, as they don't really eat much! Wouldn't take much to make this place 10/10 with some minor tweaks "

"Such a disappointment for the price. Check-in was pleasant, lobby was ok but once you reached your floor (ours was 6th floor) the dirty hallway carpets were an indicator of what room was like. So disappointed with a deathly tired room. Furniture was old, bed was uncomfortable, hadnt been painted in who knows how long, window was obscure glass that you couldn't see through. Bathroom was in need of upgrade, faucet leaked, shower curtain barely covered the tub. Towels were thin. Didnt sleep a wink...

Staff was amazing, my check in experience was with Thanh who was exceptional! She provided us maps, recommendations for our entire stay! The scenic views of the water are closer to the boardwalk so you get to see the entire view that’s unobstructed and perfect to watch sunsets as balcony’s are equipped with chairs and tables.
