"Nice location, nice transfer to main island and back. Staff was excellent and friendly.
Room (420) had seen it better days and upstairs room every walking sounded right back to our room. In room there were no smoke alarms.

It appears that it has been refurbished recently but the overall finishing felt poor. Water leaks out of shower cubicle, causing puddles in bathroom floor. Wifi signal was weak and kept dropping - ok for casual use but not reliable enough for work."

"S’ekar Pinang is a wonderful place. It’s located in a more quiet remote area, while at the same time being only about a 10 min drive away from the very popular Pantai Cenang. The facilities (pool, aircon, rooms, living area etc )were of high quality and very inviting. The personnel (Wan and crew) at the place did everything in their power to make sure we had a great stay and were very flexible and willing to personalise. Absolute recommend!"

The room is up a flight of stairs and we had a pram-- staff were very helpful around helping us with bags and stairs.
Hotel is near airport but can't hear anything which made the experience of a late flight in with a baby so much easier."
