If you like dark & dreary, this is the place to stay. We found the room size & amenities lacking, with respect to the high cost of the room. There's little available storage space for clothing. The front desk staff was helpful and moved us to a suite in their Park MGM sister property, which was a vastly superior room and more in line with our expectations.

Worst hotel experience I have had in awhile. To start, they are very short staffed at the front desk. I waited at least 20 minutes to check in when I arrived. When I got to my room, the room phone was flashing and non-operational and the internet was not working. Their response to the internet issues during our multiple day stay was "you can go downstairs and purchase internet and do your work down there". In this day and age, not being able to check my email is unacceptable.
