"We didn't participate in the Big E's because the coupon was not good for breakfast. So, we ate out every morning. When we were at the pool, no one came to see if we wanted refreshments. We were at the pool 3 times. Lastly, we had no room refresh from Sunday night to Wednesday noon. No housekeeping service, which is very unusual. Bed is comfortable. "

"It was fine for the 2 nights we stayed. I was a little taken aback by the carpet. I walked around barefoot, until the bottoms were blackened. Just a suggestion, that perhaps carpet cleaning might be something to consider."

"Love this location! We stay here when we go to concerts at Soaring Eagle Casino. The location is perfect! Easy to get to, located near lots of restaurants and shopping, and you can travel the backroads to the casino. Always clean and nice employees. Our room was really nice and seemed to be recently renovated. Price is great - will continue to stay here anytime we’re in Mt Pleasant!"

"Amazing time"

"This was our 3rd stay at this H hotel.  We received an unexpected upgrade that included the 4th floor lounge -which was exceptional!  All of the staff from the GM, restaurant, front desk and housekeeping were kind, helpful and professional. An added bonus was the bike rental and the biking/walking trail outside of this hotel. The bikes were very well maintained and fun to ride. We intend to stay at this hotel again next Summer as well! "
